1. Where are you located?
We are located under the clock tower at the Kohl's strip mall on the Southwest corner of 75th Street & Lemont. Using I55 get off on the North Lemont Rd exit, four lights (about a mile and a half) turn left. From 355 exit on East 75th Street two lights (less than a mile) just past the golf course on the right. That silly Mapquest gives the wrong directions so don't use them, try www.randmcnally.com for the reel deal.  See the map here.

2. Where do I park?
In the lot, over 1000 FREE spaces are available.  Come on from downtown, you'll save way more in parking fees then you'll spend on gas!

3. We have never been to Hollywood before, how does it work?
We are the nation's premier movie theater. We seat as a dinner theater on terraces with comfortable swivel seats around tables. We have to-your-seat food and beverage service throughout the feature. We have great sound equipment and technical equipment.   Read more about the total experience here.

4. How do your celebrity events work?
Our very popular series of celebrity events often includes a table in our lobby where you can briefly meet the stars of some of your favorite films and get their autograph or a posed photograph with them.

These events are very expensive to stage and most celebrities are paid for their personal appearances including all expenses.

These events are often heavily attended and we always suggest that you arrive early.  Celebrities are generally scheduled to arrive one hour prior to the first scheduled showing of their film.  They may or may not be available to the public after a screening so we always suggest that you purchase a souvenir and meet them prior to entering the auditorium.  Your early arrival also helps ensure that you can enjoy the widest selection of seats when you watch the film. You must have purchased an admission ticket to get in the line to meet our guests.

Depending on the length of the line and scheduling, our guest may entertain questions from the audience and introduce the film from the stage but this is entirely discretionary and varies from event to event.  Some of our guests make an extraordinary effort to ensure a great experience, and this may back up the seating for later show times.

In most instances, there is a charge (most often $20) per autograph, whether it is a photograph or item from here at the table or something that you bring with you.  You must have purchased a movie ticket in order to get an autograph or posed photograph with our guest.  In some cases, we do have a professional photographer set up to take a picture with our guest, also at a nominal charge, and in those instances you may only get a posed photograph through this system.  We do take credit cards and there is also an ATM on premise.

You may always take a candid unposed photograph of our guest from elsewhere in the lobby at no additional charge.

6. What movie is coming and when?
We bring in new movies every Friday. New show times are released every Tuesday afternoon. We generally show every major movie that passes through those nasty mall cinemas. You may call the box office or subscribe to our weekly fax movie guide for the latest show information and even receive it via fax or email.   Click here to subscribe to our weekly fax & email guide for all the latest news on upcoming shows and special events!

7. Can I carry food or drink into the movie with me?
Only if you buy it from us.  No outside food or beverages are permitted. The only exception is a Birthday Cake as part of a celebration. You will need to provide your own candles and have the festivities prior to the beginning of the movie, No balloons allowed because it casts a shadow on the screen. Candles must be extinguished along with your noisy celebration which must cease when there is a picture on the screen.

8. What Is on the menu?
GOOD FOOD and LOTS OF IT! We have big portions of appetizers, great sandwiches, gourmet pizza, the best popcorn in town with real butter (made from real cows, not that nasty artificial flavored corn syrup), and a full beverage selection including beer, wine and cocktails and a specialty drink menu.

Now what about the Drink Menu

9. Do you accept credit cards and checks?
Yes, we accept most major credit cards. We accept checks for gift cards only.

10. Do we need a reservation?
We do not reserve specific seats and tables.  We only guarantee reserved tickets until 10 minutes before show time. Customers should have their tickets in hand by that time, especially if a large number of guests are meeting together. The earlier you arrive the greater selection of seats you will have, and remember, the lobby bar is always open before the show.

11. Can I purchase tickets in advance?
Yes!  Advance ticketing is available on the first week of a new title only on this website (you need a printer) or at the box office.  We do not accept phone orders or reservations for tickets.  Anyone purchasing on the student, senior or military discount must present proper identification to redeem tickets.  No refunds, no exchanges for  tickets purchased in advance.

12. Can someone under 21 years of age enter if they do not order alcohol?
Those under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by and seated with a responsible adult regardless of the MPAA rating.  Children under 4 years of age will not be permitted in any PG-13 or R rated film after 6:00pm.  Children must not be disruptive to our other guests.  Please be courteous to your fellow movie goers.  Patrons involved in excessive conversation, loud or disruptive behavior will be removed from the premises without refund.  The use of cell phones (including text messaging), cameras and recorders is strictly prohibited.  You must be at least 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.  Proof of age is required by law.

13. How many theaters do you have?
We opened a similar theater in Indianapolis in 1991, which we closed on our 15th Anniversary to bring the materials to Chicagoland.  Hollywood Blvd in Woodridge was our first Illinois location and opened in March 2003.  Our second location opened in Naperville in September 2009 and is named the Hollywood Palms.  All of the others are just cheap imitations or traditional neon-trimmed film bunkers.
